Payment, Booking & Cancellation

  1. How may I get a quote?
  2. To get a quote, visit our Fare Quote tool here or call our Customer Care Center at 718-221-5341 or 866-874-7433. Pricing is subject to change without notice at any point between quote request and final booking.

  3. How do I cancel my reservation?
  4. We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a very simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, or by calling our customer care center, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and a full refund will be provided.

    ETS is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show. Credit card refunds are submitted to the financial institution within 1 business day; please check with your financial institution for more information. View the complete Cancellation policy here.

  5. Are tolls and bridge fees included in private booking costs?
  6. No, all private booking passengers are responsible for paying their own tolls and/or bridge fees. Due to the fact that the fee is different for each area, we cannot include it in the private booking price. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


General Questions

  1. What is your policy on traveling minors?
  2. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  3. How do I find you when I land?
  4. Upon arrival, customers may proceed to the ground transportation desk in their arriving terminal and present the ETS voucher printed from our website. We also provide free courtesy phones in the baggage claim area; just dial #14 to speak with one of our friendly representatives.

  5. What are your hours of operation?
  6. ETS begins our schedule shuttle at 3:50am and our last shuttle end at 11:30pm.

  7. How long is the commute?
  8. Traveling between airports Newark to JFK or LGA is approximately 90 minutes.

  9. What are your methods of payment?
  10. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Airline Vouchers, Travelers Checks and Corporate Accounts (no personal checks).

  11. Do you do share to Manhattan?
  12. No we do not do shared-ride shuttles to Manhattan; however we do provide private or group chartered rides into Manhattan at competitive rates.

  13. Do you share ride to Toms River New Jersey?
  14. Yes we do share ride and a schedule service to and from Toms river.

  15. What time is your first shuttle from Toms River and where do I catch the shuttle?
  16. You can catch the shuttle at the Toms River Bus terminal that starts at 3:50am to EWR ,JFK and LGA.

  17. Do you have schedule service down to Princeton New Jersey?
  18. Yes we do have schedule service from all the major hotels and Princeton university on a daily basis starting at 5:00am.

  19. Do you have service to all the counties in New Jersey?
  20. We have share ride service to all the counties in New Jersey.

  21. Do we pick from hotels and home to the airports?
  22. We provide share ride service for New Jersey and New York City excluding Manhattan.

  23. I left something in the van, what do I do?
  24. Please note that ETS is not responsible for lost  stolen or damaged belongings/property. However, if an item is lost, please contact our customer care center immediately. If your property is located, you may arrange a time to pick it up from our corporate office.


Pets, Children, and Special Needs

  1. Do you allow pets?
  2. Yes, small pets in cages only (17”x 12”x 7”). This policy excludes service animals.

  3. Does ETS provide child safety seats for families traveling with young children?
  4. No. However, New York State & New Jersey laws require children under age four be restrained in a federally approved child safety seat. If you are traveling with children four and under, please bring a child seat. Failure to do so, may result in denial of service.
