Payment, Booking & Cancellation
- How may I get a quote?
To get a quote, visit our Fare Quote tool here or call our Customer Care Center at 718-221-5341 or 866-874-7433. Pricing is subject to change without notice at any point between quote request and final booking.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a very simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, or by calling our customer care center, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and a full refund will be provided.
ETS is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show. Credit card refunds are submitted to the financial institution within 1 business day; please check with your financial institution for more information.
- Are tolls and bridge fees included in private booking costs?
Yes, Tolls and Bridge fees are included in the quoted fare.
- What is your policy on traveling minors?
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Where do I find my shuttle when I land?
Upon arrival, customers may proceed to the ground transportation desk in their arriving terminal and present the ETS voucher printed from our website. We also provide free courtesy phones in the baggage claim area; just dial #14 to speak with one of our friendly representatives.
- What are your hours of operation?
ETS begins our schedule shuttle at 5:00am and our last shuttle end at 11:30pm.
- How long is the commute?
Traveling between airports Newark to JFK or LGA is approximately 90 minutes.
- What are your methods of payment?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Airline Vouchers, Travelers Checks and Corporate Accounts (no personal checks).
- Can I get a shared ride to Manhattan?
Yes we offer shared-ride shuttles to Manhattan to/from LGA and JFK airports; We also provide private or group chartered rides into Manhattan at competitive rates.
- Do you have service to all the counties in New Jersey?
We have private service to all the counties in New Jersey.
- Do you have pick up shuttle services from hotels and home to the airports?
We provide shared ride service to New York City and Manhattan Hotels.
- I left something in the van, what do I do? Who do I contact?
Please note that ETS is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged belongings/property. However, if an item is lost, please contact our customer care center immediately. If your property is located, you may arrange a time to pick it up from our corporate office.
Pets, Children, and Special Needs
- Do you allow pets?
Yes, small pets in cages only (17”x 12”x 7”). This policy excludes service animals.
- Does ETS provide child safety seats for families traveling with young children?
No. However, New York State & New Jersey laws require children under age four be restrained in a federally approved child safety seat. If you are traveling with children four and under, please bring a child seat. Failure to do so, may result in denial of service.
